By eating right, you lose weight


There are many ways you lose weight and keep your weight loss going.  You lose weight most effectively by eating right.  Most diets don’t help you keep the weight off after the initial weight loss. 

Fat loss is easier than you have been wrongly told. True intentions and THE RIGHT SOLUTION are the only tools to start process of melting unwanted body fat, no matter how stubborn it may be!

Have you tried weight loss pills, low calorie diets, water diets, fasting, low fat diets, tons of excercise? I bet everything you tried has failed.

It is not how much or how little you eat.  It is not how often you excercise.  It is not watching your calories. 

It comes down to WHAT you eat.

I know most people don’t want to hear that because they want to eat whatever they want.  One sure fire way to get a good start is just change how you eat fruits and vegetables.  Instead of cooking vegetables, which destroys everything good in them, eat them raw or slightly steamed and instead of canned fruit eat fresh fruit.

I have been eating my way to a  healthier me.  By eating  right I have eaten my way down by 19 pounds in 3 weeks.  I have not felt hungry and I feel better than I have in 15 years because what I have learned is that not only does food affect your weight, but it also affects your immune system, your mood, and your looks. 

One of the best decisions I ever made was to eliminate things from my diet.  The major thing was artificial sweetners.  I have completely eliminated high fructose corn syrup, which I believe is very bad and I have eliminated dextrose, sucrose, malto-dextrin, and aspertame(another bad one). 

I stopped taking any pills as well when someone told me that doctors have over 300 hours of training on drugs and less than 10 hours of training on nutrition.  Now it makes sense why so many doctors push drugs more than nutrition.
